POLLO LOCO SEEKS 1,500-3,000 SF IN MANHATTAN
We are seeking several high profile Manhattan locations
on behalf of BCD’s new client, El Pollo Loco.
El Pollo Loco is a national quick-service restaurant chain
specializing in flame-grilled chicken. In addition, they
also offer a variety of other Mexican chicken based dishes
such as burritos, fajitas, and tacos. Founded in a small
town in Mexico, they currently have over 340 locations
throughout the southwest, and have recently opened stores
in TX and IL and a Foxwoods, CT location is scheduled
to open this summer. El Pollo Loco is now planning to
open at least five locations in New York City over the
next one to two years.

is pursuing sites for them south of 42nd Street in Manhattan.
